Situated in the beautiful gated Simbithi Eco-Estate, this apartment has the ultimate to offer in luxurious accommodation and facilities.
11 Ilanga is a magnificent corner penthouse apartment with unobstructed hilltop sea views of Thompson’s Bay and up the salt rock coastline. The apartment is one of six units in a block, but only one flight of stairs up due to the apartment being built against a hill.
Consisting of 4 Bedrooms with a full bathroom en-suite to the main bedroom, as well as a mini en-suite bathroom onto the fourth bedroom. A second full bathroom services the second and third bedrooms plus a guest toilet. The apartment boasts 2 living rooms, the first being open plan to the dining room and kitchen and the second separate to the main living area and servicing the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Bedrooms.
Watching the perfect sunrise or sipping cocktails at sunset from the large deck with its own private swimming pool and awesome sea views will make your holiday unforgettable. The deck is half covered, making it perfect for sun tanning or a cool, lazy, outdoor lunch. Featuring a rim flow swimming pool which is 4m’s in length x 2m’s in width and 1.6m’s in depth, as well as a 12 seater table, 4 loungers, extra umbrellas and a Webber braai.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven and hob and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the inter-leading lock up garage.
The apartment can sleep up to 12 people and consists of 1 queen size bed, one double bed and 4 sets of bunk beds.
The two living rooms both have TV’s with a dual DSTV decoder (Bring own Smart Card), as well as sharing a DVD player and sound system.
Two complimentary basic service cleans are provided in a 7 day stay and one complimentary service clean in a 4 day stay, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Additional service cleans can be ordered at a cost of R90 per day.
Linen and bath towels are provided in the unit. Please bring your own beach towels.
Children of all ages are welcome, but parents need to be aware that the apartment is not really suitable for very young children, due to open balcony and uncovered swimming pool.
The body corporate does not allow pets.
