A new website focusing on the Ballito area was officially
launched on Tuesday, July 2.
Ballito.net concentrates on holiday and permanent letting as
well as property sales that cover the greater Ballito area.
Managing director Alicia Deans started ballito.net five years
ago as part of an eLan Group initiative, which grew to become
an entity of its own.
“Both the property sales and rental divisions will promote the
North Coast and provide a wide product range for owners, sellers,
buyers, tenants and guests. The website actively promotes
the North Coast and goes hand in hand with growing our business,”
said Deans.
Property consultant for the website, Ed Frank said that even
though it’s the worst possible climate for a venture like this, he
and his team regard it as a challenge.
“We’ve got a lot of faith in this area and with the website, a
lot of opportunities will be opening up,” said Frank.
The website includes an online guide of Ballito and the surrounding
area which covers news and events in and around the
area. It also has a comprehensive breakdown of the various
attractions that the area offers.
