Please note that there is an additional booking fee of R550.00 and a refundable breakage deposit equal to one night’s stay.
As Simbithi Eco Estate is a residential estate, they require facial recognition access.
• Simbithi Administration fee: R420.00 per booking
• Facial recognition: R230.00 per person for new guests
• Facial recognition: R115.00 per person for repeat guests
Please note, not all guests require facial recognition access – only the guests who will be driving, (unless using beach gate).
These fees are deducted from your refundable breakage deposit.
Please note that check-in time is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. If your booking is NOT paid in full and we have not received your forms + certified ID, we are not permitted to hand-over keys.
