• Simbithi Administration fee: R420.00 per booking
• Facial recognition: R230.00 per person for new guests
• Facial recognition: R115.00 per person for repeat guests
Please note, not all guests require fingerprint access – only the guests who will be driving.
These fees are deducted from your refundable breakage deposit.
Please note that check-in time is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm.
If your booking is NOT paid in full and we have not received your forms + certified ID, we are not permitted to hand-over keys.
